Mrs. Merva

Hello Merrimack families.

I am Kate Merva! This is will be my 13th year teaching at RFS! I have BA in elementary education from Smith College as well as an MA in Curriculum Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. In those 13 years have taught 3rd and 4th grade. I started my time in Merrimack teaching 6th grade.

In addition to teaching I hold several fitness certs and I love teaching students’ fun new ways to jump around. My passion for teaching stems from being the child of two teachers. I love diving into huge integrated arts projects that include: performing, singing, dancing, cooking, doing science experiments and more. I can’t wait for another amazing school year.
